With my experience in direct practice across various facilities, I am dedicated to guiding you through the challenges of life’s transitions. My areas of expertise include grief and loss, adjustment disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, financial-social work, and substance use disorders. In addition, my therapeutic approach is eclectic and includes brainspotting, emotional freedom technique, cognitive behavioral therapy, nature-informed therapy, solution-focused therapy, person-centered therapy, and motivational interviewing. I am honored to assist you on your journey of personal growth and healing and am confident that together we can help you move forward in life.
