"Therapy is about understanding the self that you are. But part of getting to know yourself is to unknow yourself— to let go of the limiting stories you’ve told yourself about who you are so that you aren’t trapped by them, so you can live your life and not the story you’ve been telling yourself about your life."

The Work
Hi, I’m Maeve!
I’m so glad you’re here. I recently graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Since beginning my journey in this field, I have had the opportunity to work with individuals of different ages and backgrounds, each bringing their own unique experiences and concerns to therapy.
My approach to therapy is flexible and compassionate — I blend techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to create a space that truly fits you and your unique story. I believe in using whatever tools are most helpful to support your healing and growth.
For me, the heart of therapy is the connection between us. Building trust, safety, and warmth in our relationship is what helps create real, lasting change. I’m here to walk alongside you as you grow into your best self and discover your full potential.
