The Work
Hello, I’m Katrina. I am a licensed clinical professional counselor. My clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, families, and adults in the private, outpatient settings. I strive to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their feelings and achieve personal growth. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, where each client’s unique needs and strengths are honored. I use an eclectic approach tailored to each client’s individual needs. Some modalities I utilize are mindfulness approaches, person-centered, expressive arts therapy, positive psychology, DBT skills focusing on stress management and understanding emotions, and CBT skills focusing on addressing and reframing negative thoughts and behaviors impacting life.
