“The soul would have no rainbow if the eyes had no tears.” A Native American saying that represents growth from embracing and learning from hardships.

Work:
I have always been passionate about working with families. My therapist journey began as a school-based therapist, where I found deep fulfillment in supporting children through various modalities, including play therapy, EMDR, trauma-focused interventions, acceptance and commitment therapy, bibliotherapy, and expressive arts. During this time, I also I also developed expertise skills in parent-child interaction coaching, using a Bluetooth to observe and guide parents during a focused five-minute child-led playtime. These experiences expanded my appreciation for the power of relationship enhancement and attachment, sparking my interest in marriage therapy and couples counseling.
Since then, I have trained in Level 3 of the Gottman Method and have shifted my focus primarily to working with couples. I cherish the opportunity to help families in achieving their goals, knowing that improved connections and healthier dynamics often create positive ripple effects that extend beyond couples, enriching the lives of their children as well. The work I do with families inspires me daily, as I witness the profound, transformative impact that strengthened bonds and improved dynamics bring to their lives.
I also remain dedicated to supporting my individual clients, many of whom are career-driven women, military service members and single parents, as they navigate their unique challenges and pursue personal growth and empowerment.
