"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change."

The Work
The quote I shared is reflective of my approach to therapy; person-centered. I believe that everyone has within them the potential to become the best versions of themselves. I am simply there to help along the path. I am a recent graduate of University of Maryland Baltimore, with previous experience working with the severe and persistent mentally ill, and have gained experience working with men. My areas of focus are with anxiety spectrum disorders; anxiety, OCD, PTSD. I tend to utilize behavior driven modalities while maintaining an appreciation for the role our emotions play in our lives.
