"In this uncertainty, I hope you find the strength and resilience to keep on trying. I hope that you know how capable you are, even when it feels so overwhelming. I hope you believe it when I tell you that you are worthy of these steps towards a brighter future filled with promise."

The Work
I chose the quote at the top of my page because the journey towards healing can be challenging at times. I've been given the pleasure of witnessing my client's overcome their past experiences using self-compassion and strength even in moments when they didn't know they were capable of doing so. It has been rewarding watching the process and being a support to those who are ready to take control of their life and find healing and peace.
My clinical experience includes direct practice with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings including: inpatient, outpatient, residential treatment facilities, and school settings. My specialties include: anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, ADHD, trauma, substance abuse, behavioral issues, and school adjustment. My belief of therapy is that the therapeutic relationship is best experienced when it’s a collaborative effort from both the therapist and the client. This type of relationship will help guide the therapist and client to the best possible plan of action as it relates to coping strategies, interventions, and treatment goals.
Preferred populations include: Teenagers, Young Adults/ Adults (Individual & Families) Treatment modalities: Psychodynamic, Dialectical (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Cognitive Processing (CPT), TF-CBT, Trauma Focused, Client/Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment (ACT)
