Many people come to therapy carrying emotions that feel difficult to express elsewhere—grief, uncertainty, self-doubt, or the pressure of navigating life transitions. I aim to offer a calm and supportive space where clients can slow down, feel genuinely heard, and begin gently exploring their experiences that feels meaningful and supportive. As a multilingual and international counselor, I bring a multicultural perspective to my work and welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds who may be navigating identity, culture, and belonging alongside life’s challenges.

My work is grounded in person-centered principles, emphasizing collaboration, validation, and respect for each client’s autonomy. In practice, this means moving at a pace that feels safe while gently supporting growth. Together, we may explore patterns in thoughts and emotions, develop greater self-compassion, and build practical tools for navigating life’s challenges.

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. I aim to create an inclusive and affirming space where individuals feel respected and safe bringing their full identities into the room. I welcome clients from a wide range of cultural, social, and personal backgrounds, including those exploring questions related to identity, belonging, neurodiversity, or life transitions.
