She/Her
Hi! My name is Sivalesh, and I’m a mental health therapist specializing in anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions. I use a holistic and compassionate approach, drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help people build skills that hold up in their everyday lives, not just in session.
As a first-generation American raised by immigrant parents from Malaysia, I’ve seen up close the quiet courage it takes to build a life in unfamiliar territory, and the strength people carry that they don’t always see in themselves. That perspective shapes how I show up with clients — with curiosity, patience, and respect for the families and cultures that shaped who they are. I believe hope is the foundation for change. My passion is helping people identify their strengths, reclaim their power, and see all the options available to them. Together, we turn goals into clear, manageable steps toward becoming a stronger, more confident version of themselves.
“Maybe the journey isn’t about becoming anything. Maybe it’s about unbecoming everything that isn’t really you, so that you can be who you were meant to be in the first place.” — Paulo Coelho
