Howdy all, my name is Leah. I am a Master of Social Work intern completing my degree at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. I am a wife, mother, and United States Air Force First Sergeant. I’ve held an array of job titles but one thing that rings true through my experience, is my passion to help others bring out the best version of themselves. As the owner of LYTE Kids, a youth empowerment program, I have a deep interest in social and emotional support for children, families with trauma, adolescent mental health, and military families and Veterans.
My intent is to foster a place of comfort, trust, and honesty where you are the expert in your experience, and we work together to get you where you (or your family) want to be.
