Kristin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has clinical experience treating children, adolescents, adults and families in a variety of settings including home-based case management, outpatient mental health clinics, and hospitals
Kristin’s clinical specialties include: survivors of trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, mood disorders, significant life transitions and self-esteem concerns. For the past 5 years, Kristin has enjoyed incorporating equine assisted psychotherapy into her practice.
She strongly values the relationship between client and therapist, and feels that the trust developed in this relationship is a key component to driving growth and change. Kristin appreciates how challenging it can be to be vulnerable; she strives to create a safe, inclusive environment to assist clients in reaching their goals. Some of the treatment modalities Kristin utilizes include: trauma informed therapy, CBT, DBT, client/person centered therapy, somatic therapy, psychodynamic therapy, family systems therapy and mindfulness strategies.

You will frequently find me enjoying time with my family and friends. Horseback riding, kayaking, hiking, paddle boarding, and attending music concerts are some of the things we enjoy together. Yoga is my favorite stress relieving activity.
