My experience includes supporting adult clients navigating addiction, depression, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and challenges with emotional expression and regulation, as well as
exploring attachment patterns and relationship dynamics. I work with adults across different life stages who may be facing transitions, identity shifts, or a sense of disconnection or incongruence. A central part of our work is understanding each person’s narrative—how their experiences, particularly in
childhood, have shaped the way they see themselves, others, and the world—while helping them reconnect with themselves and build a more grounded, steady sense of who they are.
The goal isn’t happiness—happiness comes and goes like any other emotion. The goal is inner peace, a steady place within you that remains even when everything else shifts.
